Full-time Web Designer
We're looking for the dynamic designer who can hit a home run whether the client is edgy and ultramodern or a classic conservative brand. Exceptional graphic design and html/css skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with Account Executive and Creative Director to develop the look and feel of developing web sites
- Develop flash-based navigation and motion presentations. Actionscripting, particularly incorporating dynamic content, a plus.
- Ensure display matches across multiple browsers and incorporates seamlessly in dynamic content
- May also design offline pieces such as print ads, billboards, etc.

Account Executive
In this key role, the right individual will have knowledge of web technology, exceptional verbal and written skills, a superior level of professionalism, and be extremely detail-oriented. He or she will be able to display flexibility, take initiative, thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, and manage their daily priorities and team members.

Candidates should have approximately 3-5 years of experience. Agency experience in Interactive Marketing, traditional Advertising, Direct Marketing or Public Relations is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Cultivating relationships with clients
- Managing the day-to-day activities of assigned account
- Developing integrated marketing strategies
- Consulting with clients on marketing and web strategies
- Identifying opportunities within current accounts

Manager of New Business Development
As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a strategic, accomplished marketing and business development professional to help raise Annodyne to yet another level. We are looking for a Manager of New Business Development who can think broadly and understand the current marketing environment, as well as where it’s heading. The right individual in this key role will have a keen marketing mind, excel at developing executive level relationships and will be well networked.

This is a very unique opportunity to promote and sell an innovative service and agency model. Annodyne’s “A-List” client accolades, marketing performance and track record of thought leadership will provide you with the resources to be successful. With the unprecedented growth in new marketing mediums and technologies, prospects and clients are very interested in taking advantage of the services offered by Annodyne.

Responsibilities:
- Sales and new business development
- Identifying, researching and contacting target market opportunities
- Maximizing vertical market strengths
- Cultivating strategic relationships and partnerships with influential companies and individuals
- Representing Annodyne at regional and industry events
- Customizing, delivering and following-up on capabilities presentations
- Customizing, refining and delivering proposal presentations

Requirements:
- Proven record of account development within larger, Fortune 1000 type clients
- Have the ability to develop a growing network of contacts and relationships
- Five or more years of experience in solution selling or technology sales is preferred, with Marketing Agency/Interactive Marketing Agency experience a big plus
- Excellent sales, management and marketing skills
- BA/BS degree required, MBA beneficial
