Annodyne redesigned www.CareerPhilly.com to attract and engage each of CareerPhilly’s three core audiences (Students, Employers and Universities) with functionality specific and unique to fulfilling each segment’s needs.

Our overall strategies were to deliver an easy-to-use resume and job posting system with a dynamic search functionality, build long-term value in all user segments as well as allow the CareerPhilly staff to update their website through an easy-to-use content management interface.

The site’s intensive back-end functionality allows users to perform all of the functions they would expect from a job site – upload resumes, search for jobs based on keywords and check for updated or recent job postings. Rooted in business-logic, the search module was beyond a simple “out-of-the-box” solution; allowing users to save specific search criteria, edit existing searches as well as be automatically notified when a relevant position was posted.

A compressed timeline of just four weeks placed a strong emphasis on efficiency, and through our extensive interaction with the CareerPhilly staff and proven project lifecycle framework, we were able to deliver the site on time and most importantly, within the budgetary guidelines established at the outset of the initiative.

Annodyne has developed a long-standing relationship with CareerPhilly and continues to support and maintain their award-winning portal. In addition, we have developed an integrated eNewsletter for CareerPhilly and provide the email marketing platform that powers their campaigns.
