Position Summary

The Digital Media Manager is the leader of the Digital Marketing department. The Digital Media Manager provides strategic guidance and leadership to the Marketing department staff, overseeing search engine marketing, SEO and social media marketing staff & deliverables while directly contributing to the strategies associated with those tasks. In addition, you will provide support for client/prospect meetings and requests, and agency presentations.

Position Responsibilities

  • Directs the analysis, recommendations and optimizations provided by Digital Marketing Team members
  • Reviews setup and performance of SEM/COM clients including media briefs, ad copy, account QA, and reports
  • Oversees top tier SEM/PPC accounts, including monthly reports and monthly optimizations
  • Estimates SEM/Media services working with Operations and Business Development Teams
  • Establishes agency process documentation for media deliverables, onboarding, etc.
  • Participates in client/prospect meetings and agency presentations as needed
  • Provides strategy and implementation of paid social media campaigns, often complimenting a client’s organic strategy
  • Supports the strategy, development and presentation of information architecture and site maps, wireframes, usability and marketing assessments, lead generation consulting, and lead conversion consulting
  • Produce and presents media Plans
  • Fosters the growth of media team staff

Required Skills and Experience

  • Balanced strategic/tactical thinker
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and creatively, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation skills required
  • Excellent inter-personal skills required
  • 8-10 years of experience, with demonstrated history of running high-performing campaigns, budget management and a client-facing role within in an agency or media department.
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition strategies and tactics
  • In-depth experience with Google Analytics, Adwords, LinkedIn, Facebook marketing platforms, knowledge in AdStage is a plus
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO/SEM and paid social channels
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
