MCCC is a public community college based in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania- the most populous suburban county in Pennsylvania. MCCC’s curriculum includes more than 100 associate degree and certificate programs. The college has campuses in Blue Bell, Pottstown, The Culinary Arts Institute in Lansdale, and the fully online Virtual Campus.

Annodyne partnered with MCCC in an unprecedented seven year Agency of Record engagement. The forward thinking leadership of the college decided to make a major investment in marketing and advertising, selecting Annodyne to provide comprehensive agency capabilities.

FULL AGENCY CAPABILITIES

Annodyne was primarily tasked with deploying its full capabilities to support MCCC’s student acquisition and retention, providing unmatched resources, expertise, and innovation. This included

  • Media planning and buying
  • Sophisticated digital (SEM, SEO, PPC, Email, Social) and traditional (Direct Mail, Print, Billboard, Radio, & Bus Wrap) enrollment marketing campaigns
  • Development of the college’s MC3.edu and Culinary Arts Institute (CAI) websites along with numerous microsites
  • Creation of student materials such information packets and student services brochures
  • Branding and messaging support
  • Creative (Photography and Style Guide)

INNOVATION- PROJECT HORIZONS

In addition to providing comprehensive agency services, Annodyne also partnered with MCCC on the innovative Project Horizons program.

Working in close collaboration with MCCC’s key stakeholders (Marketing, Enrollment, Student Services, IT, and Institutional Research), the Annodyne Project Horizons team spearheaded short and long term strategic and tactical initiatives aimed at supporting the college’s enrollment. During a two year period, Project Horizons spearheaded no less than 50 separate initiatives.

DELIVERING CONSISTENT RESULTS

During the engagement with MCCC, Annodyne delivered consistent results that enhanced awareness of the college in Montgomery County and directly aided student acquisition and retention. This included:

  • Delivering approximately 4,500 qualified student leads per year
  • Successfully launching the Culinary Arts Institute as a distinct sub-brand, generating over 1,400 qualified leads during the first six months of the CAI’s launch campaign
  • Managed digital campaigns that generated nearly 2 million impressions and 15K clicks per month
  • Fulfilled more than 30K direct mail pieces per year
